It’s really simple to set up a plan for your pet at your local veterinary practice. Simply:

1. Find your nearest PPC practice

You can email the Premier Pet Care Plan support team at pcp@premiervetalliance.com or call us on 470-509-5111. We’ll be happy to help you find your nearest practice with Premier Pet Care Plan.

2. Ask for a form at reception

Your local practice will be able to tell you what is included in your plan. If you’d like to go ahead, simply fill in a Direct Debit form and hand it back to reception.

3. Make your first payment

Your veterinary practice will take the first payment on the day you sign up and arrange to have subsequent payments taken directly from your bank account.
